Leveraging expertise in product strategy, UX design under constraints, gamification, and agile methodologies, I helped transform a visionary concept into a globally adopted platform by focusing on collaboration, strategic design, and simplifying complex staffing challenges for consulting and IT services.

My journey with Whoz began on the fundamental challenge of transforming talent management in consulting.
The first crucial challenge was developing a deep understanding of the consulting ecosystem - specifically how firms struggled with mission staffing, talent recruitment, and client management.
I collaborated with a large team of brilliant minds who, despite lacking startup experience, brought valuable industry insights. The challenge lay in distilling their multitude of ideas into a focused, streamlined solution.

Whoz’s unique talent search engine, powered by an ‘Ontological Skills Engine,’ matches missions and skills based on a fine understanding of more than 20,000 unique skills.
My mission was clear yet demanding: create an affordable, accessible platform that would simplify complex staffing processes for a diverse range of users, from HR managers to project leads.

Exploring and understanding the skills of an organization is a data-rich endeavor. We explored various visual representations of team skillsets in innovative ways.
